hi excellent buy with just limited cons.
Pros.. 1.Display is one of the best in mid rangers.
2.Most trusted SD 625 SOC it is the most power efficient chipset and also having A53 powerful cores which helping in seamless mutitasking .
3. Design is best the full metal unibody feels premium in hands and the best thing is that it's back is not that slippery as compared to OP5.
4. The single speaker at the bottom is way too amplified to get sound from other room.
5. Camera is also it's beauty which gives the good photos in low light and pro mode gives an edge to it(see the clouds in the photo it is clearly seen in low light pro mode photography). The dual tone dual Led flash gives the perfect color as it has to be (see the camera sample i have taken from flash the colors are natural and true).The potrait pictures which are captured in depth enabled mode are also best just try it then you know it.There is sometime hit and trial and i think motorola can fix it in future updates. 8 mp selfie camera is wide angle which makes it best for selfies 🤳.
Cons..
1. Moto is acquired by lenovo since moto 2nd gen and the one worst thing about lenovo is that it doesn't give timely updates and lenovo same done to the moto the Android security patch in my moto g5s plus is June 2017 which i can't appreciate.
2. Camera shutter lag yess it's there but i sure it will be corrected if moto gives the update sorry its lenovo now : (

I recommend you to install moto apps from play store especially for camera as there is a app from moto which makes it better
I surely recommend this over Mi A1 as i dont believe in mi aftersale services.
I dont know why some people gives it 1 star with silly opinions .. I want to clear some things
1. This is 4g Volte device and you get the LTE in network as soon as it started without do any further settings.
2.The battery is awesome it is better than my previous smartphone mi note 3 having 4000 mAh but it has just 3000 and i got stunned with it's efficiency it is clearly due to the SD 625. Turbo charger is most important part of it it charged my fon from 10% to 90% with in an hour and also battery draining is not the issue for my moto g5s plus i hv played asphalt 8 for at least half n hour nd only 4% battery was used.
3. The speaker has powerful output.
4. It is dual sim standby smartphone.
5. Cast screen is also there.
6. Depth effect bar is there yess it's there that's what i hv said please update all the moto mobility apps ( see screen shot depth bar is there ; ).
I dont know why some people's gives it 1 star without knowing anything about software and hardware stuffs. : (
